Then follow these steps:
1. Go to https://members.ussdams.org/MIC/Login
2. Go straight to the “Create One” link to the right of the green Sign In button.
3. Input your first and last name, and your email address.
4. An authentication email will be sent to the address you used in Step 3 above. Open that email and click the link it contains.
5. The link takes you to a page where you choose a security question and set up your password.
6. Once this is done, click the link in Step 1 above and login with your email (as the User Name) and password.
